I have a set of 15" alloy wheels that i tried stripping the paint off of with little success. Could you coat over the paint or does it all need to come off first? How much would it cost to do them black?

Hey Jeremy,

I emailed you last week about doing some 15" wheels for me. Please get back to me when you get a chance.

Thanks - Jon
